Dermatocosmetologist for the position of trainer in the company VLAEKANWe invite you to join the team of a dermatocosmetologist for the position of a trainer in the company VLAEKAN.
VLAEKAN company is a leading distribution company in Kazakhstan in the field of professional cosmetic brands from Europe and the USA.
Main tasks:
- Conducting review seminars, presentations and training events for VLAEKAN partners (cosmetologists, dermatologists, cosmetics stores, pharmacies and beauty salons) throughout Kazakhstan;
- Participation in events aimed at promoting and increasing brand awareness from the VLAEKAN portfolio (PR events, client days, consultations, etc.);
- Planning and development of methodological, developmental and corrective programs taking into account the individual characteristics of partners;
- Preparation of training reports;
- Planning and conducting a full course of training events for partners with subsequent certification;
- Higher medical education;
- Competent oral and written speech;
- Presentation skills;
- Coaching education: training in the theory and practice of conducting training seminars (welcome);
- Knowledge of English;
- Work experience of at least 2 years.
- Sociability.
